WP1 – Developing UK-Based Guidelines

Overview

Work Package 1 (WP1) addresses the critical lack of standardised clinical frameworks for pharmacogenomics in the UK. We focus on creating reproducible guideline templates that support healthcare providers in prescribing the right drug at the right dose.

Key Objectives

  • Standardisation: Generating standard templates for UK-specific pharmacogenomic guidelines.
  • Impact: Reducing adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and improving medication efficacy across the NHS.
  • Dissemination: Publishing evidence-based guidelines for wide adoption by regulators and clinicians.
